WELCOME TO TOCONOCO
Toconoco is a made-up Japanese word meaning “Kids on the floor”.
We are a kid-friendly cafe, serving delicious home-cooked Japanese food.
Hidden in a sun-trapped courtyard overlooking the Kingsland Basin on the Regent’s Canal, Toconoco is a little sanctuary filled with tea, cakes, snacks, meals, lunch boxes and juices - with space to eat, drink and think, bringing a bit of Japanese home life to London.
As our name suggests, we have a special kids play room which is fully open for parents and kids to play in.
Toconoco is a home away from home where families can relax, kids can play – or where you can just get some work done. We hope you’ll come and stay all day.
EAT & DRINK
Our food is simple, delicious and healthy. We serve full meals, snacks for toddlers and everything in between. There’s a changing daily lunch set and our desserts are our speciality. You're welcome to take away too, if you're busy and on the go!
We have a wide selection of lovely Japanese teas, served in our specially commissioned tea pots and cups.
Check out the full regular menu here.
Our specials change on a daily basis and we post them on Instagram - follow us to find out what's on offer today!
